La Principal
In English, La Principal translates to “the Main,” but it doesn’t stop there - it is unfinished - it is a phrase used as a descriptor: the main dish, the main spot, the main… fill in the blank.
We invite you, our guest, to finish the sentence with us. We are not complete without you here, enjoying our food, our drinks, the atmosphere and good company.
Whether we are your main quick cup of coffee & churro in the morning; your mainlunch spot, your main watering hole to watch the game, or just your main taco fix, we will be here ready for you.
Of course located on Main Street, the name also gives a sense of place (and we liked that too!).
