Our story began with our grandfather, Peter, who worked as a second-generation watchmaker in his father’s jewelry store in Austria-Hungary, which became part of Yugoslavia after WWI. (Although our surname is Hungarian, meaning “flower”, our ancestors were German-speaking.)
